Please The Client is an uncompromising customer service learning game for players who are looking forward to learning customer service afresh or augment their earlier knowledge in customer service; above all, it is admirably made for your android.
There are five levels in this game, having completed the learning phase of each level; there are some sets of questions to test your knowledge just so you can move to the next level. These challenges are prerequisite for the players to move to the next level. The player has to critically examine and choose the right conversations between the client and customer service representative.
This game aims to train customer service employees, most especially small African businesses and street vendors who never went to school to acquire the necessary skills on how to interact with customers. Having gotten to the crest of the game, the player would have acquired the right skills to communicate effectively with customers and able to assist them and in turn, accrue more profit to the business.
Main features
The Player will be dealing with an irate customer and will be provided with two options of responses to choose from. One response is correct and the other is incorrect but the player will only learn at the end of the level if their responses demonstrate good customer service and will only move to the next level if the customer for that level is satisfied.
