This app is an absolute Godsend! Starting out on the job, this app is basically a requirement. Not only does it help with keeping track of what you've done day to day, but the app allows you to be able to be effective on the fly by allowing you to quickly find other garages and their phone numbers. The number of times I've had questions about something that would be answered by this app are beyond keeping count at this point. Absolute life saver and necessity for the job!

Only thing that i can say is when you change your chart it doesnt keep the old one in the past... So for example i was forced to change my chart from 5-2 about 6 months in and when i went to look back to calculate my hours it had empty spaces instead of just having it as chart. Other than that its perfect

In Payroll make sure you put Chart as your function on the days you are chart. Also put Vacation for the days you are on vacation. if you don't set them in payroll then the colors will not lock in and could change if you change your chart number or vacation batches.

Don't like the fact that we can't make a backup to Google drive anymore. Also there should be an option to change your chart number after a certain date so that the change doesn't apply to the past and create inaccuracies.

Google Drive API was deprecated by Google. I might bring it back in a future update using their new REST API..
In Payroll Functions you are supposed to put Chart when chart, and Vacation when on vacation. This will lock in the colors when you change your chart number or delete vacation batches in Settings. Refer to the Tutorials for more tips.
What’s new
V2.38 corrects Vacation Batch numbers for 2025, and adds a few more Functions in Payroll. Please update to this version when choosing your vacation batches for 2025.
