Ratings and reviews

Update query is resolved, but it did take a long time. Still too many advertisements in the app and online. -------- Paid subscription not working! I paid 13k for your subscription, but I did not get the promised services. I've been following up on email and ticketing system since the past six days, but to no avail. On top of that, I keep receiving promotional emails to buy more subscriptions. For an app working with money markets, your support system's speed to resolve tickets is ridiculous.

Long term paid subscriber but I can't use the mobile app without getting swamped with registration requests for their events which cant be bypassed. Very disappointed with the website as well as their app. Further, I had registered with my google account, now it isn't even allowing me use the ID and password and login. Customer support is non existent. I've given 3 stars because of the sheer quality of the research provided. But I don't see any major benefits in being a paid loyal subscriber.

I have been a paid user for the last 4 years but there are just too many ads. Even for a paid user, ads keep popping up every second for buying again or for attending their webinars. Although the app is dead slow and loading takes too long but the app keeps logging me out frequently, I have to login every now and then. Hopeless app! Definitely not renewing my subscription.
