Corazón Sano is an application developed by the Colombian League Against Infarction and Hypertension, it seeks to give the patient a simple and practical tool that allows them to accurately control their blood pressure and take a step in patient education in the face of the great threat of this disease. Hypertension is the leading cause of death in Colombia and in the world, despite the fact that its diagnosis and treatment are easy to manage.
The most relevant features of the application are:
• Simple recording of blood pressure measurement information
• Consultation of previous shots
• Educational information about hypertension
• Date and time of blood pressure measurement
• statistical information of the records (graphs)
• Averages on values of blood pressure measurements
• Sending reports to a doctor or family member by email
• Alarms for taking blood pressure
