1. I keep on getting a notification that says i should get an update im using the old version, and this is the latest version of the app. 2. I keep on getting a notification saying that the trip was detected while my car is parked. 3. When i chat with an agent via the app, they keep on disconnecting me, and I have to start the whole conversion again. Please fix your app because with the older version, I didn't have any problem until no.

The app is very helpful. However, I'm getting constant notifications that a trip is detected, even when I'm completely stationary. Not sure how it determines when a trip is taking place, but it is extremely sensitive.

This app is a waste of space not worth downloading. Every now and then I see a notification of trip detected, while am literally sitting watching TV, in the middle of the night when I woke up it is there. It worries me that in the event of an actual trip does it detect it? and will it alert them in the event of accident? I love simplicity and this app is not giving me that. I have uninstalled it and re install. It worries me
