Wish I could give this app zero rating. Notice all of the responses to everyone, sorry to hear this, please contact our office. I don't have the time during the day to sit on the phone with someone for 20 minutes to add a vehicle to my policy. I added my vehicle just over a year ago and did the self-inspection and now more than a year later, I can't add my husband's new car. What a waste of space. Maybe it is time to change my insurer.

got into an accident today and I can't submit my claim. the loading button shows but nothing happens after that. I am not in south africa right now and it's very frustrating to know that help is not at hand because the app is not working. the website just takes me back to the faulty app.

Love the app however the crash detection option does not work anymore. I have Uninstalled and re-installed as per agents advice but still cannot switch it back on.
