Security is No. 1. This app uses multi-factor and biometric authentication to keep your account information secure. Log in with the same username and password that you use for MillimanBenefits.com. If you have not set up your Security Questions/Answers or accepted the Online Access Agreement, you will be prompted to do so in the app or you can visit MillimanBenefits.com to complete your account registration.

useless opening the app on my "mobile device". it needs to call and verify a code but takes me out of the app to answer the call. then trying to get back into the app to verify the code needed to login, it takes me off the page and restarts the process. it makes it literally impossible to login. there needs to be a better way to verify my account such as a code to copy or an email. but this loophole of getting logged out and phone calls make it impossible to access my information.

Cannot sign up as a new user. After entering email for a verification code, every time it goes back to main login screen. edit: finally signed up as a user. now I can't do anything because clicking any submit button returns an error that communication preferences can't be saved. I will be discussing with my employer the efficacy of continuing with milliman as a service provider. There is no reason a legitimate product should be this difficult to use.

adjusting the birth year while recovering your log in info needs to be adjusted. as well as the requirement of 15-64 spaces in a password. both numbers are ridiculous
