Security is No. 1. This app uses multi-factor and biometric authentication to keep your account information secure. Log in with the same username and password that you use for MillimanBenefits.com. If you have not set up your Security Questions/Answers or accepted the Online Access Agreement, you will be prompted to do so in the app or you can visit MillimanBenefits.com to complete your account registration.

Cannot sign up as a new user. After entering email for a verification code, every time it goes back to main login screen. edit: finally signed up as a user. now I can't do anything because clicking any submit button returns an error that communication preferences can't be saved. I will be discussing with my employer the efficacy of continuing with milliman as a service provider. There is no reason a legitimate product should be this difficult to use.

returns on investment: my return is laughable, if you know anything about investing your better off doing it yourself. interface: extreme difficult to navigate to get information im looking for, as nothing is distinctly labeled. everything is labled pay. second the system will delete my login information and then lock me out where I have to wait over a week for them to do anything. customer service: now im waiting 30 minute plus for their automated system to do its job.

The app was good for awhile there. It was very easy to navigate and displayed everything I wanted to see on the initial page. But they keep changing the layout of it, which I no longer like.
