Security is No. 1. This app uses multi-factor and biometric authentication to keep your account information secure. Log in with the same username and password that you use for MillimanBenefits.com. If you have not set up your Security Questions/Answers or accepted the Online Access Agreement, you will be prompted to do so in the app or you can visit MillimanBenefits.com to complete your account registration.

Cannot sign up as a new user. After entering email for a verification code, every time it goes back to main login screen. edit: finally signed up as a user. now I can't do anything because clicking any submit button returns an error that communication preferences can't be saved. I will be discussing with my employer the efficacy of continuing with milliman as a service provider. There is no reason a legitimate product should be this difficult to use.

Barely functional app that gives me headaches. Despite selecting "Remember this device" every time, it consistently logs me out every single time. Trying to talk to support is miserable. If you back out of the chat for any reason, you're completely screwed and get met with a blank screen when you try to go back in, which is awesome when you're waiting 30+ minutes for support, and when you finally get it, the app forcibly logs you out for NO reason. Terrible app. Just use the website.

Takes 30 seconds to load any page. All documents take you to a Microsoft office app without downloading the actual documents. Logging into the website on a laptop with the same login information got my account locked for a half hour. Find a different company.
