About this app

Information
The main purpose of Mobi-TA is to allow technicians who work outside the company structure to keep track of their work with extreme ease.
Access the interventions to be carried out anywhere and be able to modify them, digitally sign the report and print it or send it via email.

Data exchange
Mobi-TA is already integrated with the Ad-hoc Revolution 8.0/Technical Assistance management system, data exchange takes place via the MobiSync application.
It also has the possibility of integration with the main company management systems, the data exchange takes place via Web Service.
Mobi-TA allows the operator to send the newly completed interventions to the company and, at the same time, to receive all the updated data relevant to him.

Connection and Security
The synchronization of data between device and company must naturally be arranged through the implementation, in the company management system, of a procedure for sending/receiving data.
At each connection the correct data transmission is checked and confirmed.
In the event of sudden disconnection or an incomplete procedure, the data will remain on the device until the next update operation.
Each connection to the server and related data transfer occurs via personal authentication, which can be blocked or revoked by the company at any time.
Before being able to use the application, the device certification procedure (personal authentication) must be carried out.

Who is it reserved for?
Mobi-TAsmart is available to all companies that have purchased the Mobi-TAweb portal (www.mobi-ta.it).

Operational notes
For the application to work correctly, the company must purchase the Mobi-TAweb license and enable individual collaborators.
Installation of Mobi-TAweb version 3.1 is required.
