The primary purpose of Mobi-TA is to allow technicians working outside the company to easily track their work.
Access and edit jobs from anywhere, digitally sign the report, and print or email it.
Data Exchange
Mobi-TA is already integrated with the Ad-hoc Revolution 9.0/Technical Assistance management system; data exchange occurs via the MobiSync application.
It also offers integration with major company management systems; data exchange occurs via Web Services and WebAPI.
Mobi-TA allows operators to send recently completed jobs to the company and, at the same time, receive all relevant updated data.
Connection and Security
Data synchronization between the device and the company is verified and confirmed to ensure correct data transmission.
In the event of an unexpected disconnection or incomplete procedure, the data will remain on the device until the next update.
All server connections and data transfers are performed using personal authentication, which can be blocked or revoked by the company at any time.
Before using the application, the device certification procedure (personal authentication) must be completed.
Who is eligible for this service?
Mobi-TAsmart is available to all companies that have purchased the Mobi-TAweb portal (www.mobi-ta.it).
Operating Notes
For the application to function correctly, the company must purchase the Mobi-TAweb license and enable individual employees.
Mobi-TAweb version 3.2 must be installed.
