MooveXR is an innovative mobile app designed for geolocated team building activities.

With MooveXR, teams can participate in exciting challenges in specific locations such as offices, parks, or cities, while strengthening collaboration and interaction among team members.

The activities in MooveXR include a variety of geolocated tests such as quizzes, word associations, image matching, puzzles, and movement based challenges like walking routes, step goals, and distance targets. These tests are designed to stimulate creativity, teamwork, communication, decision-making, and physical activity, promoting key skills for effective team development.

MooveXR also offers the possibility to acquire virtual objects and gadgets during the activities. These virtual objects and gadgets are virtual elements that teams can use to help or hinder each other, adding an additional dimension of competition and strategy to the team building experience.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND HEALTH DATA

Some MooveXR challenges are based on real movement, so the app needs to know how much you have walked or run during an activity. To make this possible, MooveXR requests the following permissions:

- Physical activity (android.permission.ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION): to detect movement and count steps while an activity is in progress.
- Steps (android.permission.health.READ_STEPS): to read your step count from Health Connect.
- Distance (android.permission.health.READ_DISTANCE): to read the distance you have covered from Health Connect.

This data is used only to:
- Show your live progress during a challenge, such as steps taken or distance covered.
- Score movement based challenges and update individual and team results.
- Display summaries and rankings at the end of an activity.

MooveXR requests these permissions only when you join an activity that includes movement based challenges, and it asks for your explicit consent before reading any data from Health Connect. You can refuse or revoke this access at any time from Health Connect or your device settings, and the rest of the app will keep working normally.

MooveXR does not use health or activity data for advertising or marketing, does not sell it, and does not share it with third parties. Activity data is only associated with your session and your team for the duration of the event and the results report.
