Received, set up, won't connect through app. Deleted and reinstalled the app, disconnected the battery, held the brake and pressed power 5 times. Phone picks up scooter but won't connect because imagine that, it needs to go through the app. Been at this for hours. Do you have phone support because I have followed the instructions and I have a heavy push scooter at the moment.

Connects easily to my Pixel 7 Pro. Useful information and ability to enable cruise control and regenerative braking. Just wish it could boost speed to 40km/hr hehehe. Also would be nice to have the choice to turn off kick to start if you choose to do so. Otherwise no complaints.

The app is very buggy. When I try to connect to the scooter to lock it, it says "device not found" multiple times before actually connecting. Sometimes the Bluetooth is connected to the scooter, but the app is bugged, meaning I can't lock or unlock the scooter.
