EDITED VERSION(not a bot my honest review): MY first review of the app was a 1-star review because I was charged for a subscription after using the free trial even if had cancelled and deleted my account BUT the founder reached out days later after I left my review. He helped me get a refund and was super open to feedback. I didn't want to leave a 1-star bc ireally like the app and I would recommend it to people, it has so many features and detailed functions there is so much you can do with it.

very unconsistant hair values, i went from 76 density to 70 in 3 hours and 73 thickness to 68 thickness in the same time period, my hair wasnt wet or damp, it was fully dry and the lighting was the same.
