App does not work, after I do the scan of my hair it gets to the Building your hair plan part then gets stuck on 100%. I've tried 4 times and get stuck on the same part every time.

EDITED VERSION(not a bot my honest review): MY first review of the app was a 1-star review because I was charged for a subscription after using the free trial even if had cancelled and deleted my account BUT the founder reached out days later after I left my review. He helped me get a refund and was super open to feedback. I didn't want to leave a 1-star bc ireally like the app and I would recommend it to people, it has so many features and detailed functions there is so much you can do with it.

MyHair.ai is amazing! The AI hair analysis is fast, accurate, and gives me real insights into my hair health. I love being able to track changes over time and get personalized recommendations. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and has completely changed how I care for my hair. Highly recommend!
