Though the controls can be resized and moved, it's true that you have to actually release the arrow button to change direction: If you just slide your thumb (like in any other game) you'll keep going the same way, often to your doom. This, plus the cheap deaths in later stages & sporadic crash on reloading ultimately break the game. A shame, because it really does have potential.

Seemed like a neat game with cool art style, but the controls are terrible I don't know if it's button placement or what, but I'll be walking in One Direction and then I try to go in a different one and I'm still going the other way for a few seconds. Or I'll literally push right and I'll just go running left for some reason.

Game is designed for failure, can only play to Level 9. On Level 9, there are numerous spikes that you just can't avoid, so you die quick. If you try spin the wheel for rewards, it too is rigged, you will always land on 2 or sometimes 5, never any other rewards. Controls don't function well either. I will give this game a miss in the future. For what it's worth, can play offline, although to spin the wheel you need internet or WiFi
