TamaTask is an application for employees of clinics participating in the Tama system, for recording and tracking tasks and corrective actions until completion.
Did you spot a problem? Record it directly from the application and send it to the administrator for resolution.
• Record the task with a title, description, and image of the problem, and specify its type, priority, location, and due date.
• Assign the task to one or more administrators, and they will receive an immediate notification.
• Each task has a reference number for easy retrieval.
• Change the status with a tap: In progress → In progress → Completed, or Incapable.
• Discuss the problem within the task itself with comments and images.
• Every update is documented with the sender and time.
• The home screen displays overdue, today's, and upcoming tasks.
Only users of the same clinic can see the tasks: the creator, administrators, and type managers.
