Need Eat Partners lets you run your business from your phone: receive orders, accept them, follow preparation through to delivery, and keep your menu up to date without needing a computer.

Never miss an order
A sound alert plays on every new order and keeps ringing until you acknowledge it, even when the phone is locked or the screen is off. You choose the ringtone and adjust its behaviour in the settings.

Manage orders in real time
Accept or decline an order in one tap, adjust the preparation time, mark it as ready, and follow the courier. Each order shows the items, the selected options, the customer's instructions and the total.

Stay in control of your menu
Mark an item as out of stock for a service, bring it back in one tap, and edit your products, categories, menus and options. Your changes are visible to customers straight away.

Open and close your shop whenever you decide
A single switch pauses incoming orders when something unexpected happens. Your regular opening hours are also managed from the app.

Track your performance
Revenue, number of orders, average basket and trends over time, by day, week, month or year.

Work as a team
Invite your staff and give each person a permission profile: some only see orders, others can access the menu or the statistics. Running several businesses? Switch between them without signing out.

Report an issue
Incomplete order, late delivery, missing item: raise a report from the app and follow how it is handled.
