Instead of spending enormously on Google Ads, you should spend some money on your App and Website. The Order Placement process is so pathetic. Whenever you're trying to move to the Payment option, it keeps on saying Order Failed, any money debited would be credited back. It is such a frustrating experience really. Get some good developers!!

Not a good platform for medical needs, 1st of all they will deliver wrong product and then will take hell lot of time in reverse pickup...then only arrange to ship correct product...because of their mistake customer has to wait long, they will not ship product until pick up is not done...no matter how much customer has to suffer...worst experience with them...this is my last order, will delete account after all this mess gets clear. thanks for your pathetic service. Big no for them.

I have never experienced such poor service. I was sent the wrong medicine in a prepaid order. Pickup was denied for my pin code and even for the alternate address provided. I was then asked to self-return the package, but it was not accepted. It has been over one month with no resolution. I only receive emails, and customer care gives false assurances on calls. I am extremely frustrated ..
