I am happy with the app & service, but one suggestion- tracking IDs should be available for longer time for so called "delivered" items. Sometimes items are shown delivered in the app, but not actually delivered, n to track orders, tracking IDs are not available. We need to call customer care first to get tracking I'd then we need to provide tracking I'd to delivery agents to track our ordered products, which is wastage of time n energy. Secondly, orders once taken, should not be cancelled.

Pretty bad service. I chose this lab multiple times because of its low prices, but the experience has been consistently disappointing. Delayed reports are the norm, while on-time reports are the exception, despite their already longer-than-average promised turnaround time. If you email customer support about a delayed report, you'll receive an automated reply saying a ticket has been created and assigned. After that, it's just another long wait. If you are from tier 2 or tier 3 city, think twice before you place an order with them. Their delivery service is never on scheduled date. it's always delayed and sometimes up to 3 days. So order only if you can wait it out. Add to it the customer service team on telephone who keep on saying issue has been escalated but order after order the same delay is maintained.
