About this app
"Encore" is an Application created to configure operating parameters of the NOWEN brand W232 converter module and show the weight transmitted by the scale connected to it (Weight Repeater) or the format of its data string.
The W232 converter has an RS232 / RS485 input to receive data strings with the weight information transmitted by an electronic scale, it processes it and makes it available in a preset format to be accessed from any Application that connects to it using the TCP protocol. / IP through a WiFi channel.
Basically W232 can be considered a "Balance to WiFi" protocol converter, although it also has outputs to retransmit the weight with RS232 or RS485 protocol (more information available at www.nowen.com.ar).
The APP "Encore" has a complete On-Screen Help that will guide you through each of its windows, access to each one is protected by a password (by default 1234) which can be modified by the User whenever he wishes.
