Olybet is a claiming puzzle on an eight by eleven terraced slope. Your grove starts as a single terrace in the top corner. Each turn you pick one fruit from the row beneath the board and your whole grove becomes that fruit, which pulls in every touching terrace already carrying it. Those new terraces pull in their own neighbours, and one good pick can take a quarter of the valley at once.
The trick is that the obvious largest gain is not always the right one. Picks are strictly limited, so a smaller step that opens a wide bank of terraces often beats a bigger step that dead ends. Eighteen valleys widen the fruit range from four kinds up to six while the pick budget grows far more slowly.
Seven stones follow the picks you have made, the widest grove you have held, the valleys you have taken and the picks you had to spare. A shepherd ranking measures your best single valley.
The Olybet slopes are offline in every respect and saved on this device. No purchases, no advertising, no accounts and no network. One control in settings gives the land back and erases every valley, stone and score.
