Edit gotten worse now nothing but black screen it doesnt show the mockups at all since I updated an I pay for this app this is ridiculous at least before it was usable to a extent Cant get the videos to download when they do is usually 15 mins later and I have deleted everything of my phone aka videos looking for another app

Sent several emails but never received anything back from them. Very disappointed with this app. I would give 0 stars if I could for customer service the app itself is easy to use, but with all the sublimation items out there to make it would be nice if you mock up more than cups, mugs, tees, and keychains. Please someone with customer support please reach out to me. Thank you kindly.

This is a really good app but it needs to stay up to date on new tumblers. I pay monthly for this and as alot of other's agree that it's decent but need tumblers with handles and other objects that have came available for sublimation. Found other's with these options so thinking about canceling subscription 🤔
