I can't got my account access on this application When I try to login it displays:- Due to Technical issues ubale to login. . . Please team SHGB Please fix this issue. . I wait a long time more than a 3 weeks. Please fix this issue.

WHEN I RESET PASSWORD IT SHOWS USER NAME DOES NOT MATCH. PLEASE FIX THE BUG AND DO GOOD YOUR APP

1)I heard a lot of great things about shgb. It's really strange to see that how shgb has launched account login with necessary card requirement 2)is it possible to remove this necessary card requirement to login for net banking and can we have efd on this app? If this facility above are accomplished than it would be helpful for both customer as well as bank interacting with long queue of customers.
