Ratings and reviews

The last update failed to fix the problem where the app can't open. It still seems to be rapidly trying to switch between portait and landscape screen orientation. The app no longer works. When I open it, it seems to have a problem detecting if it should be in portrait or landscape and keeps rapidly alternating it. I then have to struggle to exit out of the app. Clearing cache, storage, and uninstalling and reinstalling has not helped.

Generally, the app is fine. But the previous version started crashing/not launching, so I updated it, thinking that was the problem and the new, current version just won't load. So annoying.

The app is so useful for uploading receipts right away from appointments. However, it's super glitchy and you have to uninstall/reinstall continuously. In terms of health care providers, they have the best website and tracking of your claims.
