Don't waste your storage space. This app can't track I.R. parcels or UMS mail. No matter what ID you put in, it shows nothing. You're better off calling the helpline or just waiting for the postman to show up unannounced. Disappointing.

Great app by Pak Post thanks and easy to use either new users also. Thanks 😊💯 But the help line staff and workers is bad because I m calling from yesterday and they are cutting my call plus I submitted my parcel on 04-04-2024 and still no parcel is available on destination very bad bad show.

Great app about tracking of parcel 📦 But only one thing I feel is the updates about item locations . I know that app works good .but updating team (Post Office team ) are requested kindly updates on time.🥰🥰🥰
