I love this game on PC and I was about to give it 5 stars here, but the fact that it doesn't save is a deal breaker. I had a pretty good run going, E+012 with most of the charms and everything I need to get an endless run going and I decided to take a break. So I exit the game and when I come back, literally nothing saved, not even the achievements, the unlocked charms, nothing.

1 in 5 games is semi fun, if youre lucky. theres absolutely no tutorial or way to learn. other then trial and error. id score higher for the creative idea if there wasnt already a game exactly like this, much much more fun. Check out dawncaster, same concept of building a 'build' turn based, with luck factors and plenty of opportunities to make the game more interesting. this concept is great. but when you hit 1.5% twice in 7 rolls, you know youre working in a scripted game.

The game is fun but too reliant on luck and a big part of this comes from the game not having much depth to it. I'm fine with luck coming into play when it's games like this. The issue is Balatro is the same type of game, except you can strategize yourself to win the first round or two 95% of the time even if you were dealt bad hands. This game you cannot. I'm pretty certain they increase the difficulty after your first few runs, and I think their % calculations are way off.
