FMS Mobile offers exact estimates at an industry-leading speed. Built in GPS tracking allows appraisers to quickly receive assignments found as close to their actual position as possible, update customers with exact arrival time, and document user and property location. This allows us to cut down travel time allowing appraisers to complete more inspections per day, keep our customers happy and reduce fraud.
FMS Mobile features include:
- Requesting time off.
- Taking photos of damaged vehicles/properties.
- Updating customers and office staff on assignment details.
- Documenting damage.
- Recording audio notes.
- Returning completed inspection.

Ratings and reviews

It doesn't work. Can't upload pictures to the inspection. Now I don't even get notifications of new assignments. Videos won't upload. I speak with their IT helpline at least every other day and at no point have they given me any solutions to make this work.

App doesn't work well, lots of lag time. This could have been worked on more before it was sent out. Very disappointing.

Decent makes things quite a bit easier. Logs me out constantly though especially when connecting and disconnecting from car. For the love of God please put in some kind of auto log in or quick login feature. It is incredibly difficult to type in multiple times on the move when trying to find an address.
