I don't even know where to start. The tracker on the app doesn't work on mine for some reason and isn't exactly "live tracking" because I waited for twenty minutes in freezing temperatures for the supposed bus that was claimed to be here. It wasn't shut down because you could still access the bus routes, so clearly, something is up. For God's sake, fix the app.

The app was great untila few weeks ago. No longer shows where the buses are, on their respective routes, in the afternoons. Works perfectly in the mornings.

It was hard to figure out at first but once someone showed me how to do it it was very easy. And if I forgot my best book at the bus bench then I had my app. Now I don't even need a book I just look at the phone every time. I don't know how I got along without it before.
