I ordered a captain and he was not moving and when I tried to call him his phone was disconnected so I cancelled and I was charged a cancellation fees, when I tried to communicate with the customer support they did not write me back. The worst app ever and the worst service ever.

The application is full of errors. I had a problem with the application, the price increased, and the drop-off location changed. I spoke to the company (3 times now 4), and they said they could not do anything!

Used cancelation to put pressure on the customers , while the wrong didn't come from users to the application , as what happened with me morning today ، I have been connected with customer service, but as usual, No response, your response not solve problem from the root, and look to the situation, but take cancelation from customer , you already start lose huge amount of customers , Unfortunately.
