Since 1995, Professional Financial Services (PFS) has purchased retail installment contracts for new and used automobiles, trucks, and motorcycles, originated by franchise and independent dealers.

We are an experienced, flexible, and financially solid organization, which maintains personal and professional relationships with over 6,000 automobile dealers in 11 states.

If you are not currently a customer with PFS, you can login as a guest and see store locations, contact information, and more. Once you have opened a loan account, you will be able to enjoy the App’s full functionality.

I have had this app for close to a year now and it has been great. Making my loan payment has never been easier and so convinient! You can also keep track of your loan balance. Once payment is made it takes about 24-48 hours to update remaining loan balance. Great understanding company to do business with for people who have less than perfect credit. I HIGHLY recommend Professional Financial Services and their APP!

It's kind of slow, and payments you make in your browser take a while to register. however it does show your remaining balance owed which is a one up over the browser interface. PFS as a whole is an excellent service for people with lower credit requiring loan assistance, and I highly recommend using their services.

Can't even log in since it asks for phone # but I use my email online. I've clicked the need help link and it says successfully sent password reset email several times. I've received no emails. The only reason I even wanted this app is because, supposedly, there is no fee to make my payment if I use the app versus paying online... That BS adds up to an extra $60 per year but I can't even get that far into the app to try.
