I've forgotten my username or password. there is no option to recover the username, so I'm going in circles trying to reset so I can make a payment . please help me get into my account. until I get a phone call or email helping me get into my account, I feel I must uninstall this useless app for my own protection. This app is absolutely useless. I'm unable to login. I've downloaded this app numerous times over the course of six months with login failure. What's the point of having this app available for download when it doesn't work or have any support to solve the issue with password login 👎.

After numerous attempts, won't allow me to login. Was very careful entering characters and checked login against desktop, which loaded as expected. Customers deserve better, given the high cost of having this card.
