The app isn't working well. Every time I go to my schedule requests, it says record not found. been happening for a few weeks now. please fix it.

this is the app that I use for my employment. it used to be more intuitive but in the last year or so it has become limited due to the lack of dedicated work and administrative initiative to the maintenance and upkeep of the website.. For what it has to offer, as it is at the time of product review for services rendered, I give it a rating of three out of five stars. ***

I need to be able to use this app but often times it refuses to open. To use the web page I need to use Opera's VPN often times opening 3 windows "from" 3 different locations. Usually that will work but it takes a lot of time and trouble and then "security policy" reqects any screen shot request. Also I must ask for an update to the app that will include ALL DATA from the database including time end (usually the latest clock out expected) and other items that do not appear on the app at all.
