Updated UI colors so color blind people can read it.
Reduced the multiplier increase per destroyed object.
- Lowered the score requirements for all levels to accomodate for this change.

- Fixed lag during cinematics, which happened on some devices.
- Red fade that appears when you get hit now correctly aligns for all screen resolutions.
- Fixed a bug where the indicators for off-screen grenades would not disappear.
