"I have been using the Qiib app on the same device for one year without any issues. But after the recent update, the app opens and suddenly closes automatically. It does not stay on the screen and goes back immediately. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am using the same device and there were no problems before the update. Thank you."

what is the problem with blackscreen when opening the app?... app is not opening ..called customer support and tild me to reinstall ..did it and then it works onlu once then same black screen again... fix it please

doesn't open, I get black screen. restarted the phone, reinstalled the application and did NOT work.
