Very bad ,the application is not working. When you add your password not functioning, try many times no way

Once account disabled due to incorrect pw attempt after contact customer care managed to activate and reset the password but new password works in web but not in app. Always shows incorrect pw so finally i manage to log in app after reinstall it. I guess old credentials saved locally and does not allows new credintials to log. Device - Samsung J7 prime

The app says incorrect username and password when I am sure I correctly Input my credentials. Please fix it ASAP. Edit: alright. It is working now. For those not working, pls follow these steps. 1. After you open the app, go to forgot username/password. 2. Use your same old username (or input new one if you like) and tap on update. 3. After login, you will see a new feature added. IT'S A BIOMETRIC LOGIN!!! Now you can login with your fingerprint scanner.
