"I have been using the Qiib app on the same device for one year without any issues. But after the recent update, the app opens and suddenly closes automatically. It does not stay on the screen and goes back immediately. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am using the same device and there were no problems before the update. Thank you."

Doesn't open, I get black screen. restarted the phone, reinstalled the application and did NOT work. called customer service, he admitted the issue with android devices and recommended updating the phone. It is still NOT working!

Always , there is problem with my username and my password I changed many many many times and I have to contact the bank to help me to open my account !!!! I changed to my fingerprint , same thing , nothing happened .. I hope that you will solve this problem . Thanks & Regards
