I changed my mobile device phone same phone number is the Q Ryder app won't open !!! it just buffers forever !! anyone else out there having the same issue? is the App down? crashed , down fir maintenance? luckily I don't have any appointments until next month !!! Hopefully it'll be resolved soon, QRyder any news for us ?

should be able to schedule multiple destinations if you have more than one appointment within one day. right now, you have to call in to schedule if you have multiple trips.

I have multiple times scheduled a ride, I had the app confirm that I had gone through. Only for a couple of days later my scheduled ride to disappear or leaving me scrambling to have to set up a new ride.
