Ratings and reviews

It's a Russian based app. How can we actually trust their programs. Similar to TicToc but not the Chinese (this time). Plus the company using this software has horrible vendors.

Keeps freezing, getting a "Qryde app has stopped working" 5 seconds after logging in. Could'nt even book one appointment before it froze up and kicked me out. I also keep getting a notification saying that my client ID, hasn't been found even though I logged in just fine.

Don't rely on this to actually book your rides. The app will put you through the entire process of booking, confirm that it booked your rides, and look like it booked your rides... but it doesn't actually do anything. It won't show up in your future rides, the company won't know you booked, and you'd have no way of knowing for sure unless you call. This has been going on for over 6 months. Just call or book online, instead of the app.
