You are the last hope inside a quarantine simulator, in a city consumed by a zombie apocalypse.

Your duty is to guard the last check area leading to a survivor camp. You can’t destroy all the zombies, but you can save those who are still clean! Every day a long line forms at the gate, and only you can tell who is healthy… and who is already becoming a ZOMBIE. Use different tools to analyze condition.

Inspect every person carefully. Look for suspicious symptoms, strange behavior, and hidden signs of infection.

Survivors with no symptoms – let them into the camp.
Suspicious ones – send them into quarantine check for further inspection. What will happen to them tomorrow?
Clearly infected – isolate and eliminate them to stop the spread!

Keep an eye on the survivors' camp, replenishing food and medical supplies to keep everyone healthy until the evacuation helicopter arrives.

Manage the flow of people. The camp has limited space, and the convoy evacuates survivors only occasionally, so not everyone can stay!

Your choices decide the fate of everyone and the safety of the camp.
One infected individual crossing your patrol could doom the entire survivor quarantine area.

horrifyingly bad, crashes every other ad, one costed me 4590 in in game currency, then refused to play an ad so that I'd wake healthy, took that from me as well, then had the gall to push a random ad on me right after, it's a waste of time energy and patience. if you want to play a quarantine check game, i suggest just saving up and buying the official game on steam.

It's definitely better since it first came out. There are still some issues here and there that make me have to restart the game, but it's not that big of a deal. It's usually during an ad it'll freeze sometimes.. but there is upgrades now, so you don't have to use just 6 spots, I'm currently at 12 because they are PRICEY after a bit. Everything is pretty pricey, tbh.

**Update** 10/5/25 Logged on today and still bombarded with ads. No response from the developer, and no refund. I will be adding/updating every time I open this game and it's not fixed. I want to make sure others see this. Was fun, getting absolutely bombarded with ads every 10 seconds. So I decided to buy the ad free cause I was having fun. It took my money and state I purchased it, however I'm still get bombarded with ads. Fix the ad free or give me a refund, please.
