About this app

Lista Virtual is a guest list app for weddings, parties, birthdays, graduations and corporate events. Build your guest list, send invitations with RSVP over WhatsApp, and check guests in at the door with a QR code, even without internet.

If your guest list still lives in a spreadsheet or on paper, the door is where it hurts: someone searches for names while the line grows. Lista Virtual keeps the whole guest list on your phone and on your team's phones, in sync.

A GUEST LIST FOR ANY EVENT
Create one guest list per event, add companions and mark VIPs. Use it for a wedding guest list, a party guest list, a birthday or a company event. You can run several events at the same time and split a list between hosts, such as the bride's side and the groom's side.

WHATSAPP INVITES WITH RSVP
Send each guest an invitation by WhatsApp or email with a link to confirm. The RSVP comes back to the app on its own, so the app works as an RSVP tracker: you see who confirmed, who declined and who hasn't answered yet.

QR CODE CHECK-IN
Every guest gets a QR code. Scan it at the door and the arrival is recorded right away, with no searching through names. A whole family or group can come in with a single code.

EVENT CHECK-IN WITH YOUR TEAM
Several receptionists can check guests in at the same time on different phones, and every arrival shows up on all of them. Your staff gets limited access, so you never share your account.

WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET
Check-in keeps working when the signal drops, which happens a lot at farms, beaches and big venues. Everything syncs when the connection comes back.

GROUPS MODE AND SEATING
Organize the guest list by tables, sections, classes or companies. Groups mode works as a simple seating chart: you see who sits at each table, confirm a whole table at once and follow arrivals per group.

IMPORT YOUR LIST
Already have your guest list in Excel? Import the spreadsheet in seconds instead of typing every name.

REPORTS AFTER THE EVENT
Export a report in PDF or Excel with confirmations, attendance and arrival times. Add your logo if you organize events for clients.
