Terrible interface that is not intuitive and difficult to navigate. The schedules are incorrect and based off the schedule rather than prediction based on bus location, which makes most of the app useless. Some of the routes are not accurate. The only useful part of this app is the bus tracking. Using the bus tracking and monitoring the bus seems to be the most accurate way of predicting bus time.

They somehow tried to "upgrade" the bus app once again and managed to make it even worse, which I wasn't sure was possible. Only good thing is updated routes, but it has an awful and harder to navigate UI, the app is sometimes slow, and the most egregious problem: buses appear and disappear from the map seemingly at random, making the whole point of the app moot.

The UI is pretty terrible. Everything else about the app functions as you'd desire. Sometimes busses disappear, but that likely has less to do with the app and more to do with the bus and its communication with the network. If you figure out the UI, then the app is VERY useful for catching each bus and planning trips and multi-bus trips.
