not good enough. won't connect to Google and forces you to play offline. there's a mini game inside the game which is just like candy crush, I don't know why we need it, but even when you win the levels without fail, you lose all your lives and can't play for hours, meaning you won't make good money. also there are choices after every patient, and they're ridiculous - either lose 30% of your reputation or spend money you don't even have.

my experiance with this game is no good.My game starts over when i am deep in the game. I put my phone off and when I start again to play the game my whole game is gone and I have to start all over again. Your game is no good if I have to restart every time I shut my phone down. No saving in this game.

The update failed! I've lost my progress and now the game is looping back to the tutorial and then it makes you change cities over and over all to lead to nowhere.
