I've lost my progress three times while playing this game. Support helped the first time after emailing them three times. I've watched a thousand ads to get what I had just for my progress to go back to the beginning. The 2nd and third time I reached out to support they didn't respond. Why would I spend money on this game if my progress will be lost. Removing the game off my phone.

Game doesn't feel very "fair". Like only making £400 per minute and you get struck with an £50,000 overtime bill or lose all your morale? I get it's a challenge, but I had waited a while to save up to get the next achievement. Just not sure these side quests really take into account what value / money your making at the time. The app seems quite ad hungry too... Going to try it again though

Good game play. But when I close out the game all my facilities are either lost or permanent upgrades (the ones that use gems) are lost. Have contacted about the issues I have found.
