I've lost my progress three times while playing this game. Support helped the first time after emailing them three times. I've watched a thousand ads to get what I had just for my progress to go back to the beginning. The 2nd and third time I reached out to support they didn't respond. Why would I spend money on this game if my progress will be lost. Removing the game off my phone.

Good game play. But when I close out the game all my facilities are either lost or permanent upgrades (the ones that use gems) are lost. Have contacted about the issues I have found.

Good until 2 days ago. Really was enjoying this little game, to the point where I thought I'd support the devs and splurged on the ad free option. Yet for 2 days now I have not been able to log in to my game, can't get past the spinning world. It's not an Internet issue, I'm on fast broadband and have no issues with any other apps. What's happening devs? Have just uninstall and reinstalled and still can't get. Now I want a refund.
