FUR Squadron is an arcade space shooter, which follows the adventure of a team of elite pilots during what seems at first a routine training in virtual reality.

In this mind-blowing journey through retrowave aesthetic environments and synthwave music you will shoot your way through the simulations (or not?) of the units and minions of the evil Skal Empire.

I initially bought the game for the Switch. Loved the gameplay so much I wanted it with me everywhere and picked it up for my phone too. It was a great decision. The game plays as well on the phone as it does in the console. If you're familiar with old school rail shooters like Star Fox and Space Harrier, you'll get the basic premise quick enough. A short game, but multiple difficulties add to repayability. Neat visuals, sweet music, and a few fun bits of dialog keep the gameplay light

Looks like a great, reminds me of a certain N64 game I loved playing, a team of 4, lead by a fox 😆 (LW) and of course that was the desired effect and you did a great job putting together in the same way. Just wish there were more levels to play through 4.5 ☆s for me here.

Fur Squadron remanisce's the 90s game era, with a blend of poly/mesh graphics and a rad soundtrack a homage/love letter and rework in a modern vein of the Starfox Franchise. Fully controller supported meaning it can be screen cast to big screens eg. Chromecast and TV boxes and then played with a gamepad. Full of nostalgia with a reasonably high difficulty level to keep you playing, it's great to see this kind of AAA standard space shooter on Android, Fur Squadron leads by example in this field.
