Motel Horror Simulator

Raycaster Games

About this game

Run a motel. Serve guests. Hit your targets. Survive the horror.

Motel Horror Simulator is a horror simulator where a normal job slowly turns into a psychological nightmare.

You manage a roadside motel and take care of the daily routine:
• check in strange guests
• clean rooms
• handle tasks
• keep the motel running
• reach sales goals during each cycle

At first, everything feels like a work simulator. Then the atmosphere changes.

Guests start behaving strangely.
Unusual events appear during the night shift.
Small anomalies turn into something much darker.
What begins as motel management becomes a psychological horror game with constant tension and uncertainty.

This game combines:
• motel simulator gameplay
• work and service mechanics
• strange guests and anomaly moments
• psychological horror atmosphere
• story choices and multiple endings

Each cycle pushes you deeper into the mystery.
The decisions you make affect how the story unfolds and which ending you reach.

If you like horror games, creepy games, horror simulator concepts, and story-driven games with tension and atmosphere, this motel horror experience is built for you.

Can you keep the motel running when the night stops making sense?

Ratings and reviews

I want to give my review. for a demo, you really showed nothing. the concept is ok, but the cleaning side jobs are unneeded. I wasn't scared or even threatened. but there is potential for good horror elements. the guests becoming hostile, cameras can be used to see inside the rooms and around the motel to be sure guests are not up to no good. make it about survival and maintaining the motel and not side objectives. because the game ended with you doing chores with nothing happening

"This game is absolutely amazing and, in my opinion, the best motel horror game so far! Please keep working on it and release the full version as soon as possible. Also, please increase the text size when talking to guests for rooms, as it is currently way too small. Lastly, make sure to add even better and scarier jumpscares—they should really give a good scare!" please increase graphics

Graphics are decent, controls buttery smooth, atmosphere tense-ish with moments of genuine unease; so far so good! The current version is rather short, but it's a work in progress with new content added regularly and it's enjoyable as is. The new jumpscare works well but it could be a little scarier. The ads aren't over-long, but disrupts the flow a bit and I'd like a paid option to remove them entirely. All in all it's a solid enough title. Looking forward to new content & more horror!
