was okay app until today suddenly can't log in or takes forever to log in. called the bank twice and they kept telling me there's nothing wrong with their app. they kept telling me my Internet must be slow. but I have no problem with my Internet speed and all my other apps are working perfectly fine. I have uninstall and reinstalled the app but all didn't work. since I don't have branches in my city, I probably have to close the account if they can't figure out the app problem.

This company is great - the people who work there are super nice and really want to help, which is why I was so disappointed to find an app breaking bug in which the mobile deposit feature doesn't work. The first time I use it, it works fine, then the picture is dark and blurry and the only thing that works is reinstalling the app. I emailed the Android support team, because I had no intention of dragging this app publicly, but it's been a week and I haven't heard back. It's a pretty no frills app as far as banking apps are concerned. Internal transfer is external transfers balanced views transaction downloads online statements and bill pay is all you're getting. But I'd rather they save their money for high interest rates since I'm not exactly trying to run a fortune 500 company through redneck Banks mobile app anyway. Two thumbs up for me. Never had any issues.
