Lots of nice features, convenient, and easy to use from the tenant perspective. The selfie with ID is a bit finicky, but works. Loses a point for constantly nagging me to set up renters insurance every time I log in AND every time I change screens. Enough already! I'm working on it! (yes, I could silence the reminders but then I'd have zero instead of dozens. How about putting a snooze feature in. "Remind me in X days/weeks" )

Great so far! Initially had trouble with setting up payment option (the issue had to do with the landlord not setting up the full rent term) but the customer support helped right away. No ads (which is great) and the fee for checking account payments is only $1.00. I like the reminders (not too many, not too few). Only negative feedback is that during the application process, you can only upload jpeg files instead of pdfs which is super inconvenient. Hope that changes. š¤

This is one of the worst payment apps I've ever seen. It doesn't matter whether you click save payment source or not, because not only will it make you reverify your account by logging into your bank *every single payment* but if you happen to switch out of the app and go back into it, you might also have to reverify your account. I have only had this app for about a week, and it has already made me verify my bank account over 8x. Also it keeps trying to sell you overpriced renter's insurance.
