So far, the RentRedi app has been great. While it doesn't have a few features I was used to from my old property's app, it works and works well. The bank account verification process took a little longer than expected, but everything else has been smooth. I wish it had a few more options, like allowing everyone on the lease to make their own payments. Additionally, offering debit card payments without the same fees as credit cards would be a significant improvement. Good now add them Great!
Thank you so much for your review of RentRedi! If you set up the rent for the full amount to be visible, then the RentRedi app lets renters make partial payments. There are constant pop-ups with "offers", and there doesn't seem to be a way to disable this feature. Also, the back buttons don't work some of the time. And I can't go back to the home screen without being prompted every single time to add my bank account/credit card for rent payments or to view offers again. Edit 4/26/24: There is now an option to disable the offers and account/card prompt. THANK YOU!!! Upping my rating, because this legitimately improved the experience so much. :)

Looks like it would be a great concept, but it's far too buggy to use without constant annoyance, so I gave up. I just downloaded the app and got a pop-up notification in the middle of the screen thanking me for downloading it and told me about some special offers. Sounded interesting so I clicked ok. Checked it out and went back, the same message popped up, I cancelled. That message pops up literally every time I go to the dashboard. I tried everything, but it won't stop. Please fix this.
