The physics are impressive, but the interface could use some work. It is irritating when you're throwing at a target that you only see for a moment it zooms in and pans over. Therefore, the angles and velocity "guesstimation" change. This guessing and tossing is aggravating. Update: After playing for 8 days, STILL figuring it out, as frustrating as it can be. To be fair, it's addictive. For those who are prone to remain steadfast...give it a try. I WILL master this madness....

Thanks Shane, I think that's a fair criticism. There is a feature to zoom out and view the level in the pause menu, but that's not the same as being able to see the target at all times and I get that. It was a design choice to not limit the game to a single screen while having 1:1 screen to physics based controls. I stand by it.

The actual throwing of knives is pretty fun. The speed at which anything new is unlocked is pretty slow and grindy. I also don't care for how knives thrown too high immediately disappear when some knives reward extra air time. An invisible wall that bounces knives might be better. The background also needs a little more detail so you can see how far you have thrown while flying in the air. I would also like to see a "trace" or something indicating your last knife's finger path for small adjusts

Hi Michael, I haven't heard back from you. Did version .976 address the issue you had with knives disappearing when thrown too high or out of bounds? I was hoping that after spending some more time with Blades Away you'd see just how many anti-grind features the game has. Please let me know, I'd like to ensure you're able to enjoy our game.

This is easily a 5-star worthy game, just has a few bugs requiring attention from development team. In the Broken Forest Level, every time I hit the wooden bird above the main target the game starts to lags out badly. The chain-links appear to be spilling infinitely from the tree where it is attached. Epic lag continues until final blade is thrown. This happens even with Simulation FX turned all the way down. Would really like to see an in-game pause menu with options to RESTART or MAIN MENU

Thanks for the feedback, William. We're reworking chains right now as they tend to be pretty wonky with the physics. The update rolling out this week should be better about that.
