This game has potential! It definitely should be marked as in beta, it gives off the vibes of a cute indie game--with all the glitches that come with that. Male players are misgendered frequently, multiple tutorials are glitched, and the UI is a nightmare. Most notably, the combat tutorial needs to be fixed because it prevents you from actually targeting an enemy. However, the story, art direction, and voice acting is all very charming, and I'm just happy to have a male player character!

I think this game has a lot of potential! I appreciate having a male option and customization for the mc, seeing them in the animated cutscenes was cool. But lots of things could be improved. First, more music! Outside of story chapters, there's basically only silence, feels pretty empty. Also there needs to be a way to view past dialog, like if you click too fast and missed a line. I can't speak much for the story/battle aspects since I just picked this up

Overall, I find this game to be very cute & I'm happy about the skin color option, but I do have some issues. I have completed every available node, so the daily & weekly commissions that call for completing a story or combat do not work for me when I replay them. Also, after pulling the Caden's Silent Guard 4 star card, I didn't receive the 10 embers that it said I would after after rating it. Lastly, I wish that the pricing for lumens and embers were a bit more reasonable.
