About this app

Our story: From everyday small talk to real conversations

We are a couple from Hamburg, Germany and know this all too well: between work and appointments, there is often only time for a quick “How was your day?”. Real, meaningful conversations that truly connect us were far too rare.

That's why we started asking each other questions. Questions that go beyond everyday life. This simple idea became our mission: we want to help other friends, couples, and families talk more to each other in their hectic everyday lives. The result is “Gesprächsstoff” (Conversation Starter).
