another service which has fallen to scams. drivers mark themselves as arrived and then don't pick your calls simply to waste your time. even for airport trips. avoid for anything urgent.

Recently their service deteriorated. My ride was outsourced to Rapido. I did prepayment but after ride completion driver had no clue of payment as he didn't receive any communication from Rideally. I had to call support and wait at airport gate for 10 minutes till Rideally send upi payment to driver.

pathetic car service. sent drunk cab driver and he did very rash driving so i requested that plz stop i will get down and then asked me to make the full airport transfer fare which i did as i was gettkng late to catch yhe flight and then useless ride ally support team told me that your money will get refunded but as of now no.money refunded. strict no to ride. zero safety useless support team money time and effort wastte
