pathetic app experience and customer support. upon flight delays, a customer cancels his booking then they call a d say that this is not allowed. I will pay them even if the flight is not coming at that time. very bad experience and looking for alternatives in Bangalore.

Pathetic, very run down cabs assigned even for the first 2 rides. Can't be trusted for airport runs. Drivers riding rash. Better to stay with standard ubers/olas. The 5stars look like fake reviews.
