Great concept for a game but there's a glitch that prevents me from progressing beyond the first level. At some point during the night every cam will blue screen. I can still hear noises and whatever, but I can't see anything. Every single time I play this happens. I thought it was a game mechanic. Made a report. Nothing fixed it. Realized it was a bug. Emailed support. Haven't heard back and it's been a week. I know this game is like a dollar but at this point I want a refund on principle.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the game. This is a known issue and it happens on some devices (mainly on galaxy) due to a hardware problem. I usually reply in a short time but I didn't see you email,, sorry about that. Please send your order id to: contact@riv3r.com so I can refund you.

I love the concept, and it's very addictive... but, as to what certain kinds of anomalies can be reported as... it seems kind of arbitrary and frustrating. The definitions don't even appear to be standard (sometimes a shadow person walking by is a shadow, sometimes it's human, sometimes it's something else). Also, there's this toy that appears in one scene that is apparently supposed to be an alien, ghost, or monster. Okay. I think this game could become 4 or 5 stars with minimal effort.

Great game for $2. The atmosphere is good, some of the anomalies are difficult to find, good variety. My only real complaint is how particular it is about some of the reports. If I see a shadowy figure staring into the camera, my first thought is "human shaped", not monster/ghost/alien. Then, the very next anomaly is a shadowy figure peeking around a doorway. But this time it IS human shaped. It's just hard to tell what they want me to report some of the time.
