Do the activity — feed your plant
Each time you complete the activity, you "water" your plant. When you have done the activity enough times, the plant will progress to the next stage. It's motivation you can see.
Stay focused with the right amount
You can have a maximum of 6 active activities at the same time. It's not a limitation — it's a shortcut to success. The psychology is clear: fewer, clear habits increase the chance that you will actually stick to them.
