How do they get it so wrong? Cannot even log in, just continually receive an error "session expired" after entering my phone number. Clearing cache, reinstalling,nothing changes that. I don't understand how an app can be so badly written these days. Sheesh, run in through an AI model and it will 10x better immediately. It's that simple.

very poor service through app. I'm a person of a disability that can't walk far and i tried to book a return trip through the app, the the app started glitching,so I took it as it didn't work since the app had glitched. within 10 minutes later I received a message, "Hello, this is a message from RYDO taxi/GM cabs. Your booking has been tagged as no show. If you still need a taxi, please ring us back. Thank you and have a great day!" driver should have let me know they had arrived if it worked

My last 2 experiences were enough to say, "I'll never use it again!!" Not recommended at all!! We booked a taxi to the airport at 3am (early international flight with 1 yo), and they cancelled me 15 min before it was meant to arrive! They didn't even try to send a new one. Second time, the driver went to the destination rather than to the pick up point! Of course, wasting time! And they didn't even apologised or gave me a discount, nothing!
