very poor service through app. I'm a person of a disability that can't walk far and i tried to book a return trip through the app, the the app started glitching,so I took it as it didn't work since the app had glitched. within 10 minutes later I received a message, "Hello, this is a message from RYDO taxi/GM cabs. Your booking has been tagged as no show. If you still need a taxi, please ring us back. Thank you and have a great day!" driver should have let me know they had arrived if it worked

I am giving the correct phone number while signing up, still an error is coming.

0 stars if i could. my cell phone number is 9 digits like many from nz. it requires 10 to be "valid" to create account. so stupid
