Worst app I ever think of, friends be aware while doing online transactions on this app, I have done an electricity bill payment of INR 840, the amount deducted from my account and successfully paid from Paytm through UPI, but the transaction got failed automatically in eSampark app. There is unreachable contact no. and unresponsive email, where I dropped a mail but after 24 hrs didn't get any reply. The bill is still showing amount due. Now I am going to pay offline through Sampark Centre.

I am paying my electricity and water bills for more than one year, and never faced any problem. after updating the app, my data never lost and I found this app always useful. One improvement may be made if repeated entering of acknowledged electy. and Water bills account no. may be avoided.

Personally being a developer I an frustrated using this application. I updated the app recently and my login data has vanished. It is asking for login and when I login the accounts I linked to the I'd are not there. It is asking to add new accounts for bill payments. What kind of customer experience is being targetted here.?
