It's by default that one can't rate below 1 star otherwise I will give 0 rating to this app. Not working since one week

App glitches too much and closes on its own.. look into this matter

Whenever I pay my electricity bill, the amount gets deducted from my account, but the bill still shows as pending. Because of this, I end up paying a second time to clear it. I cannot afford to pay twice every time. Please fix this payment issue as soon as possible
