always shows errors in bill payment amount deducted from bank online payment but no receipt generate.poor interface

Worst app I ever think of, friends be aware while doing online transactions on this app, I have done an electricity bill payment of INR 2411, the amount deducted from my account and successfully paid from Phonepay through UPI, but the transaction got failed automatically in eSampark app. There is unreachable contact no. and unresponsive email, where I dropped a mail but after 24 hrs didn't get any reply. The bill is still showing amount due.

The bill is still showing amount due. Now I am going to pay offline through Sampark Centre.
