SPIDEX is the industry's first trademarked app that is surprisingly intuitive and easy to use.
SPIDEX has a lot of new idea functions that can be used for free.
The biggest feature is that various functions related to trademarks can be easily performed with one application (with the palm of your hand).
■ "Trademark Arcanaika" (Free)
-You can check in 3 seconds whether a registered trademark already exists or not (whether it is registered or not).
-There is no limit on the number of checks, and you can use it repeatedly for free.
-As a result of checking, if there is a trademark that is the same as the trademark you want to register, all trademarks will be displayed in a list, and each registration information (registration number, registration date, name holder, classification, designated goods/services, etc.) will be displayed. You can check by
■ "Trademark Mieruka" (free)
-You can manage and display the trademarks you own in a "visualization" list.
-Up to 20 trademarks can be managed and displayed in the list. You can use it for free within that range.
-Trademarks managed and displayed in the list can be confirmed including detailed information (registration number, registration date, name holder, category, designated goods/services, etc.).
■ Trademark trading (free)
-If you have a trademark you want to sell, you can list it on the market.
-You can list unused trademarks and trademarks that you do not plan to renew even if the renewal deadline comes.
-You can use it for free if you just want to list or browse what is listed.
■ "Trademark update" (charged)
-Necessary updates (procedures to the Patent Office) such as renewal of owned trademarks, change of name, change of address, etc. can be done.
- You can set an alert function to prevent forgetting to update the trademark.
-By linking with "Trademark Mieruka", you can intuitively and easily update while viewing the list.
