The SRTA Bustracker provides real-time bus tracking and schedule information for the Southeastern Regional Transit Authority Fixed Route Bus System, which provides public transportation services to the towns of Acushnet, Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Fall River, Freetown, Mattapoisett, New Bedford, Somerset, Swansea, and Westport.

Difficult to use and understand. No instructions or clarifications. Cannot enlarge screen in order to see street signs/landmarks. The app. is definitely NOT user friendly to people who are new to the area and are unfamiliar with the neighborhoods and streets.

Still having trouble with the GPS part of the app. I take the bus every morning 6 days a week. I was excited when the app launced & I would be able to see the locator the bus compared to where I am at.Unfortunately tho it seems the GPS on the bus that goes to the app is not very accurate and it never on time according to the app. I wait for 45 minutes after work to catch a bus home however for a about 30 of those 45 minutes the app says the the bus is less than 5 minutes away. So very inaccurat

The app is horrible worked for a week now I just get a blank white page and the gps tracker is horrible to. The location of the bus jumps it will show the bus at a stop then jumps three stops so the bus isn't where the tracker says it is and missed the bus a few times cause of it.
