The SRTA Bustracker provides real-time bus tracking and schedule information for the Southeastern Regional Transit Authority Fixed Route Bus System, which provides public transportation services to the towns of Acushnet, Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Fall River, Freetown, Mattapoisett, New Bedford, Somerset, Swansea, and Westport.

Sept 3, 2025. reinstalled the app because there was a QR code posted on the 201 bus. The QR brought me back to the same old app on the Google App Store, I reinstalled it and surprises if all surprises ... still broken. Utterly useless. "connection error". If you're going to relaunch an app, please make sure it works.

Is this app ever going to work again!?!?! App hasn't loaded past a blank white screen is close to a year. Used it once, quite some time ago, partially since certain features weren't working. Then the app has never worked/loaded again.

Still having trouble with the GPS part of the app. I take the bus every morning 6 days a week. I was excited when the app launced & I would be able to see the locator the bus compared to where I am at.Unfortunately tho it seems the GPS on the bus that goes to the app is not very accurate and it never on time according to the app. I wait for 45 minutes after work to catch a bus home however for a about 30 of those 45 minutes the app says the the bus is less than 5 minutes away. So very inaccurat
